Occasionally a product is not available for immediate shipping (the last item in stock may be damaged or defective or our inventory numbers are incorrect). In this rare instance, we will notify you via e-mail that the item is on backorder. You will have the option to cancel. We will make every effort to fulfill the order as soon as possible, using Best Way Ground shipping in the USA. If you ordered AirBorne - GROUND or U.S. Postal Service First Class/Priority Mail, then your order will be processed and ready for shipper pick-up within approximately 1-2 business days. Normal delivery time for First Class Mail will be 3-6 business days for USA and Canada, 3-6 business days for most European countries, 4-10 business days for other countries. Refund and Exchange Policy Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any accessory in its original packaging and condition for a full refund. All defective products will be replaced at our discretion. Tangshop.com does not pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise. We are not responsible for factory defects because we are not a product manufacturer and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar to a standard walk-in store). Thus Tangshop will split the shipping costs with the customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to Tangshop and Tangshop will consequently repair or replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address specified in your account. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Tangshop.com. Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either.
